Construction Manager at Risk Training (2025)

Overview: 

Texas Government Code §2269 defines ‘Contracting and Delivery Methods for Construction Projects’, and Subchapter C defines ‘Construction Manager at Risk’, which has become prevalent in public procurement. For non-construction Purchasers and Contract developers, this training will introduce you to a new method of procurement, and for construction/facility maintenance Purchasers and Program personnel this course will be a best practices and refresher on the myriad steps required to successfully solicit, award, and manage the CMaR process.
