Overview:
As a part of their fundamental role as contract developers and managers, public procurement officials oversee the critical challenges in a bid protest. This training on navigating bid protests emphasizes the requirements mandated by the Texas Government Code Chapter 2155, Section 2155.076. The curriculum introduces: bid protest types, reasons for bid protests, advantages and disadvantages of bid protests, bid protest administrative procedures in Texas, and the ways to navigate bid protests.
