Overview: 

The Department of Justice (DOJ) approved a new rule under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities (ADA) for state and local government. Texas has less than two years to comply with the new rule which impacts websites, web applications, mobile applications, social media posts, electronic documents, and SaaS applications that support or integrate with your websites. We’ll walk through the new requirements, the allowable exceptions, the exemptions, and how the changes impact solicitations for web products and services.
