Reading and Understanding Financial Documents (2022)

Overview: 

Seerat Noor, Tax Auditor, covers the basics of reading and understanding various financial statements (e.g., Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and Cash Flow Statements). Gerard MacCrossan, of the Statewide Procurement Division, provides an overview of when procurement professionals might reference these types of documents as part of the procurement process.
