The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Process (2026)

Overview: 

The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) solicitation method is similar to the RFP process, however, with other detailed nuances. This class will review the Texas Government Codes applicable and the procurement situations applicable to the RFQ process, solicitation development, evaluation of submittals, the interview process, tabulation, negotiation, award, and reporting process.
